The Montgomery Lofts

This four-story, multi-family and mixed-use project encompasses almost an entire city block of Savannah’s westside corridor. The project’s 135 residential units are designed to be constructed around a structured parking deck with residential units and commercial space wrapping the perimeter of the parking at the ground level. Above the first floor, residential units and amenity space wrap an elevated podium courtyard with a proposed pool.
