Studio Homes on Ellis Square

Designed as part of the greater Ellis Square redevelopment project, this new 35,000sf, seven-story, mixed-use building was a joint venture with the City of Savannah and private developers. The building sits above four stories of underground parking on a prominent downtown corner, and its signature entry elements help to create a unique identity in the context of an adjacent new hotel and neighboring park.
