Andrew Lynch joined Lynch Associates Architects in 2008, after 12 years of experience with leading national design firms in New York and Savannah. Over the course of his career, Andrew has been involved in institutional, preservation, and commercial projects with budgets ranging from $750K to $35 million.
His passion for historic preservation brought him to Savannah in 2002, and since then Andrew has become well known as a local authority on adaptive reuse and urban infill, serving on the Metropolitan Planning Commission’s Historic Design Ordinance Revisions Board and lending his expertise to building projects throughout the Southeast. As a LEED-accredited professional, he also has been involved in several LEED projects and is knowledgeable in the use of stainable technologies and materials.
